Cara holds an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University in which she specialised on the Use of Force, Cyberspace, and Institutional Law. Furthermore, she holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP University London, and a B.A. in International Relations with Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
