Sophie Casanovas is a Master student in Defense, security and crisis management at French school IRIS Sup' and is currently doing an internship at Naval Group, a French defense industry. She is a member of the publishing team of the European Committee of the Youth Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence. Sophie lived in Poland for more than a year where she did a French volunteering program at the Villa Decius Association and specialises in the ex soviet sphere of interest. She also studied law at master level and has a bachelor in English Literature. Sophie has been selected to do an internship at NATO JTFC in Bydgoszcz. She speaks French, English, Spanish and she's learning Russian.
